Exploring Prince William Sound and the surrounding inlets can be managed a number of ways. Fish Central offers motor boat rentals, a number of fishing outfitters can supply boat charters, and Pangaea offers kayaking tours around Glacier Island and various inlets.
Renting a boat does have a limitation of distances you are allowed to travel. To optimize your experience try to schedule your adventure on a day with 2ft seas or less.
Jack Bay offers a few islands to explore. Be bear mindful when getting out of your boat. Brown (Grizzly) and black bear are found all along Prince William Sound, even on the furthest islands.
